Stellar Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Program Integration Advisor to provide support to Government leadership advancing Tactical Space Sensing capabilities within the Space-Based Sensing and Targeting mission area.

This role will help connect operational needs with rapidly evolving commercial and Government space sensing, environmental monitoring, software, analytics, and data capabilities that can improve how mission users understand and act on conditions across the operational environment. The Integration Advisor will take ownership of complex workstreams and help move high-priority capabilities from problem definition and technology assessment through acquisition, integration, validation, and operational use.

The successful candidate will help turn emerging space sensing, environmental monitoring, data, and software capabilities into operationally relevant solutions that improve how the Government understands the environment, assesses mission conditions, and supports time-sensitive sensing and targeting decisions.

Role / Responsibilities / Qualifications

Stellar Solutions is looking to fill multiple Program Integration / Acquisition Advisor positions supporting a dynamic National Security Space mission. The right candidate will serve as a trusted Government advisor at the intersection of program management, systems integration, rapid acquisition, and space-based sensing and targeting. This role is well suited for someone who can bring structure to ambiguous mission problems, connect technical and operational communities, and turn promising sensing, data, and software capabilities into executable paths toward mission use while preserving Government leadership and decision authority.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Government leadership and independently lead assigned projects and workstreams spanning technical, acquisition, programmatic, and operational organizations.
  • Translate warfighter and mission needs into actionable capability requirements, acquisition approaches, integration activities, and execution plans.
  • Support the rapid acquisition, integration, and fielding of commercial and Government sensing, environmental monitoring, software, data, analytics, and other emerging capabilities.
  • Assess how space-based sensing and associated data products can contribute to tactical awareness, targeting, environmental characterization, and other mission needs.
  • Evaluate candidate technologies through vendor engagement, demonstrations, technical assessment, testing, and operational validation to determine mission utility and integration feasibility.
  • Connect commercial innovation and Government capabilities with existing architectures, mission workflows, data environments, and operational users.
  • Coordinate Government organizations, commercial vendors, technical teams, acquisition stakeholders, and operational users to resolve issues and accelerate capability delivery.
  • Develop and maintain execution approaches that move promising technologies beyond demonstration toward meaningful operational employment.
  • Mentor developing program-management personnel and help establish effective execution practices across the team.
  • Operate with broad Government intent and limited supervision, taking ownership of difficult problems and driving them toward decision and action while preserving Government leadership and decision authority.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of relevant experience supporting Department of Defense, National Security Space, Intelligence Community, or similar complex commercial technology programs.
  • Experience working with Government acquisition organizations or commercial technology providers to evaluate and deliver capabilities.
  • Significant experience in program management, systems engineering and integration, acquisition support, or mission integration
  • Demonstrated experience independently leading complex Government or commercial projects or workstreams involving multiple technical, acquisition, and operational stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting technology development, integration, demonstration, testing, validation, fielding, or transition to operations.
  • Technical familiarity with space systems, remote sensing, space-based sensing, mission software, ground systems, data processing, or related capabilities.
