Our cybersecurity team is seeking a Principal Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to support our team 100% onsite at our facility in Woburn, Massachusetts.

The ISSM is responsible for compliance oversight, assessment, and operations of systems under their purview, which may include a single large-scale program or multiple programs.

They have cognizance of all collateral Classified Information Systems (CIS) in the Woburn Site per US Government requirements, including:

• Risk Management Framework (RMF)
• Baseline Technical Security Configuration Standards
• Defense Counter-Intelligence Security Agency (DCSA) assessments
• Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM)
• Customer/contract specific Cybersecurity regulations

The cybersecurity components include assessment and authorization activities, security sustainment activities, self-inspections, and security education and awareness.

The ISSM conducts recurring cybersecurity reviews in accordance with DoD Manuals, NIST SPs, customer directives, and company policies. They execute the Raytheon Continuous Monitoring Plan and serve as SME on cybersecurity topics, representing the organization externally as needed.

What You Will Do

• Maintain IAM Level III certification as required by DoD 8140 (8570).
• Complete all required DCSA and Raytheon GSS training within 6 months of appointment.
• Manage metrics, eMASS, RCAST, and Continuous Monitoring activities for all systems under the site CAGE.
• Maintain knowledge of CIS functions, policies, and safeguards.
• Coordinate with DCSA SCA/ISSP on authorizations, new technologies, policies, and onsite A&A activities.
• Develop and update POAMs with stakeholders to address system weaknesses and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate DCSA SVA preparations with the FSO/CS Manager.

Important: Within six months of hire, obtain and maintain a Security professional certification at IAM Level III if not already certified.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent plus 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5 years of experience.
• Experience supporting cybersecurity compliance per DCSA DAAPM, JSIG, NISPOM, etc.
• IAM Level I certification (Security+ or equivalent).
• Relevant experience in cybersecurity, systems security, IT, compliance auditing, or related fields.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Master’s Degree in relevant fields.
• Experience with security tools such as Splunk, Forcepoint, Ivanti, Tenable, etc.
• Experience with Assessment & Authorization processes, incident response, continuous monitoring, and cross-domain security environments.
• Experience working with government and internal customers on security requirements and negotiations.

The salary range is $101,000 - $203,000, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits and incentives vary by role and performance.
