Our cybersecurity team is seeking a Principal Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to support our team 100% onsite at our facility in Woburn, Massachusetts.
The ISSM is responsible for compliance oversight, assessment, and operations of systems under their purview, which may include a single large-scale program or multiple programs.
They have cognizance of all collateral Classified Information Systems (CIS) in the Woburn Site per US Government requirements, including:
The cybersecurity components include assessment and authorization activities, security sustainment activities, self-inspections, and security education and awareness.
The ISSM conducts recurring cybersecurity reviews in accordance with DoD Manuals, NIST SPs, customer directives, and company policies. They execute the Raytheon Continuous Monitoring Plan and serve as SME on cybersecurity topics, representing the organization externally as needed.
What You Will Do
Important: Within six months of hire, obtain and maintain a Security professional certification at IAM Level III if not already certified.

The salary range is $101,000 - $203,000, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits and incentives vary by role and performance.
