Job description

Our government contracting client located in Arlington, VA (hybrid) is seeking a Program Finance Manager. Duties include leading the monthly close cycle, EAC reviews, variance analysis, program/project budgeting and forecasting, headcount planning, support of long-range strategic planning, cash flow management, pricing support, and development of presentations for leadership regarding program and divisional financial data. This will report be visible with the C-Level and manage a team of direct reports.

Government contracting industry and Deltek Costpoint system experience are required.

Compensation is targeted at $160K-$190K depending on background.
