Program Finance Analyst supports program and project teams by providing advanced financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting to ensure effective cost management and compliance with contractual and corporate requirements. This role partners closely with program management, contracts, and operations to monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and support strategic decision‑making. The analyst ensures accurate and timely financial reporting throughout the program lifecycle.
Essential Functions
- Must be experienced in the day-to-day program finance responsibilities of managing program business and financial performance.
- Provide Monthly, Quarterly, and Semi-Annual Financial Forecasting.
- Prepare quarterly corporate social responsibility positions and charts.
- Assist the program team and financial management in monitoring and tracking program expenditures, highlighting issues / concerns / trends, and ensuring program financial commitments are met.
- Interact with a variety of program and financial management personnel and ensure alignment with company and program processes and procedures.
- Manage the program process by running project selection boards, establishing project data repository structure, support the development and revisions of project cost estimates and manage project transitions to supported business units.
- Prepare, analyze, and report/present program level earned value and financial performance to F&BO and Program teams.
- Effectively communicate performance to leadership teams.
- Regular and reliable attendance on a full time basis [or in accordance with posted schedule].
