The Summit Bechtel Reserve in West Virginia is seeking staff to provide front-line orientation, guidance, and guest service to Summit Experience participants, creating memorable experiences for Scouts and Scouters. You will guide guests through the premiere onsite high-adventure program, act as liaison with Summit staff, and become an expert on the Summit program and property.

The Summit Bechtel Reserve (SBR) is a 10,600-acre outdoor adventure and education facility located near New River Gorge National Park in southern West Virginia. As one of Scouting America's National High Adventure Bases, the Summit provides transformative experiences for Scouts and other youth.

Salary: $1600 - $1700 per month
