• Program Facilitators are offered consistent weekly schedules, subject to site staffing needs. Current shifts include Mondays 4:15pm-10pm, Tuesdays 4:15pm-10pm, Thursdays 8am-2pm, and Saturdays 4:15pm-10pm.

The day-to-day:

• Build connections, answer questions, and show genuine appreciation to our volunteers.
• Speak in front of large groups in various styles (educating, storytelling, persuading, instructing).
• Perform warehousing tasks, including standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, reaching, lifting 30-50 lbs., using hand tools, and moving inventory with a pallet jack (training provided).
• Ensure packing sessions run smoothly, managing flow of people and materials, and tracking meal production.
• Lead Christian prayer over packed meals, inviting volunteers to join in if they wish, as prayer is central to our work.
• Maintain a clean, food-safe facility by doing laundry, cleaning floors, dishes, and bathrooms.
• Bring high energy and a team-oriented attitude to a fast-paced environment, filling gaps as needed.
