Job summary

CollegeSpring seeks a Program Experience Partner to lead the implementation of its test-prep program across partner districts and schools in the United States. You will act as the primary advisor to district leaders, administrators, counselors, and teachers, ensuring successful launches, ongoing support, and high-quality program delivery.

Qualifications

  • Must reside in Florida with knowledge of the local educational landscape.
  • 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in K–12 education, instructional coaching, professional learning, program implementation, and/or related fields, including classroom teaching or counseling experience and experience supporting educators.
  • Commitment to leveraging technology, artificial intelligence, and emerging innovations to improve educator effectiveness, program quality, operational efficiency, and student outcomes.
  • Instructional expertise as a classroom teacher, counselor, instructional coach, curriculum specialist, or professional learning leader, with a strong understanding of effective pedagogy and educator capacity building.
  • Partner relationship management with demonstrated success building trusted relationships across school systems, including district leaders, principals, instructional leaders, counselors, and teachers to support successful program implementation and long-term partner success.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills, including experience designing and delivering professional learning, leading virtual and in-person training, and translating data and implementation challenges into practical solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to use student, educator, and implementation data to drive instructional decisions, strengthen program quality, and improve student outcomes.
  • Strong project and implementation management skills with the ability to manage multiple partner engagements, balance competing priorities, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep commitment to educational equity and a belief that all students can achieve at high levels, with an understanding of the critical role that educator coaching, professional learning, and formative assessment play in improving student outcomes.

  • Lead program implementation across an assigned portfolio of partner districts and schools, ensuring high-quality execution, strong partner engagement, and consistent program fidelity.
  • Develop implementation plans, coordinate program launches, and ensure successful execution throughout the partner lifecycle.
  • Cultivate trusted partnerships with partner leaders and educators, serving as the primary implementation advisor and delivering an exceptional partner experience.
  • Drive implementation excellence by monitoring partner progress, addressing risks, and expanding impact across partnerships.
  • Deliver high-quality training and implementation support that enables educators to implement CollegeSpring's program and maximize student outcomes.
  • Design, deliver, and strengthen professional learning, instructional coaching, and implementation support to build educator capacity.

As the trusted advisor to district leaders, school administrators, counselors, and teachers, the Program Experience Partner leads implementation planning, professional learning, instructional coaching, and ongoing program support to ensure partners successfully integrate CollegeSpring's programs into their local context.Beyond implementation, the Program Experience Partner serves as an ambassador for CollegeSpring, representing the organization in prospective partner meetings, product demonstrations, conferences, and other external engagements.
