Texas A&M University Department Teaching, Learning And Culture (TLAC) seeks a Program Coordinator I to support planning, development and execution of the Education Research Center activities for 2026-2027. The role involves coordinating operations, managing communications, and assisting in program evaluation.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least two years of related experience, plus strong multitasking and collaboration skills to work across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years of related experience.
• Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.

Responsibilities

• Website maintenance – Updating and maintaining website (wordpress).
• Managing Zoom meetings and utilizing other technology related issues.
• Educational research – Conducting basic educational research analysis.
• Assistance with data collection, particularly around large-scale survey administration.
• Program Planning and Implementation – Plans and implements program events such as conferences, seminars, lectures, meetings, and workshops.
• Coordinates program communications and marketing. Plans and implements programs and assists in their evaluation.
