Designs and develops monitoring and evaluation systems. Responsible for data collection, analysis and performs evaluation of programs. Reviews requests for data and data usage and creates analytic tools to identify and communicate performance metrics. Possesses and applies a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures in the field to the completion of moderate assignments.
