Job summary

V2X, Inc. in Orlando, FL, seeks a Program Engineer to spearhead mission-critical programs for the Global Training Solutions team serving U.S. government customers. Lead multidisciplinary teams, craft technical solutions, and drive projects from initiation to delivery.

This role emphasizes strategic leadership, cost and schedule management, and adherence to Agile and systems engineering practices. U.S. Citizenship required for system access, with a strong preference for in-office work Monday

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in STEM required.
MBA or Master's in STEM advantageous.
PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership within the department for robust design and development.
Collaborate with the PMO to develop, estimate, structure, and oversee program execution.
Guide engineers in designing solutions, defining requirements, and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
Resolve production challenges, obsolescence concerns, and supply chain disruptions.
Lead cross-functional technical teams and manage costs, schedules, and performance.
Develop estimates and project plans from initiation to completion.
