Job summary

Leoforce seeks a Program Director - Surgical Technology to lead and grow a robust program. You will teach a minimum of sixteen college‑level courses per year, cover core procedures, labs, and clinical care, and mentor students through hands‑on skills.

The role requires active CST certification and a BA; a Master’s degree is preferred. Schedule is M-F, 9am–5pm, full‑time with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, tuition assistance, and generous paid time off.
