Job summary

Catholic Charities of Housing Office is seeking a Program Director - Support Services to lead resident services and ensure operational continuity.

You will collaborate with leadership, oversee case management, monitor HMIS, and coordinate with community providers to support vulnerable populations. This role offers a 37.5-hour week, a salary of $64,500, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience working with a diverse population.
• Valid driver's license, proof of current car registration and insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Housing Office Leadership Team, Site Managers, and program leadership to implement emergency response procedures and ensure continuity of operations.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate resident services and support programs that align with the CCHO's mission, resident needs, and funding requirements.
• Oversee case management operations by providing training, technical assistance, case file reviews, and quality assurance to ensure compliance with CCHO policies, grant requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor and audit the HMIS to ensure timely, accurate, and complete documentation of services.
• Facilitate case conferences and provide guidance to staff in resolving complex client situations and coordinating services with community providers.
• Conduct routine site visits and audits of tenant case records to ensure quality service delivery and regulatory compliance.

Program Director - Support ServicesMinimum Salary: $64,500

Program Director - Support Services Maximum Salary: $64,500

Program Director - Support Services Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8:30AM -5:00PM, Friday 8:30AM-3:30PM (37.5 hours per week)
