Title: Program Director - Rose M. Singer Center/Rikers Island Director of Prison and Jail Programs
Reports to: Senior Director of Justice Initiatives
Status: Full-Time
Work Schedule: M-F, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, some evenings and weekends required
Salary: $90,000 per year
The Program Director will lead and support Hour Children's services with justice-involved women detained at the Rose M. Singer Center on Riker's Island and their families to strengthen family connections during detention, facilitate long-term stability, and increase family reunification outcomes. These services include comprehensive visit programming, supportive counseling, case management services, advocacy, parenting education, and family reunification and reentry services.
