Full Time Registered Nurse - Program Operations Director

Overall Expectations

• Collaborate with hospital partners and staff to uphold operational standards
• Resolve issues between centers, physicians, and hospital partners
• Manage clinic and operational staff, focusing on performance and training
• Demonstrate leadership within wound clinics and HBO suites
• Work with Medical Director on performance improvement plans
• Manage budgets, salaries, and maximize program utilization

Qualifications

• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required
• Associates degree in nursing; Bachelors preferred for Magnet Hospitals
• Valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum 3 years’ nurse management experience preferred
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technological savviness
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
