Caesars Digital is seeking a Program Director to drive regulatory-driven product compliance initiatives, coordinating with product, technology, and regulatory teams. You will lead a talented team, manage timelines, and ensure successful market approvals across North America.

The role requires deep regulatory experience, strong leadership, and a proven track record in agile environments, with the ability to guide stakeholders and optimize processes for speed and quality.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10+ years of experience in Project Delivery as a Program Manager, Sr. Project Manager, or equivalent.
• 2 to 4+ years of experience within the regulated gaming industry.
• Experience with executive-level stakeholders, technical and non-technical, internal and external, regarding project and process management.
• Experience with tracking agile KPI’s and improving upon them.

Responsibilities

• Lead Caesars Digital business initiatives from requirements scoping to regulatory approval.
• Manage the Product Compliance team’s day-to-day work and deliver key projects.
• Develop processes to track deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Maintain a centralized repository of project collateral for updates.
