Qualifications

• Experience as a school and/or district leader with a proven record of driving achievement.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of coaching experience, ideally in leadership coaching.
• Strong relationships in the Philadelphia education space.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the pilot program's success through strategic project management.
• Lead data review sessions to evaluate program progress.
• Recruit and supervise an Education Leadership Coach.
