Jobot is seeking a Program Director - Physical Therapy Assistant in Kansas City, MO. This hybrid, permanent role combines on-site leadership with relocation assistance and a competitive salary of $110k–$120k plus benefits.

In this role you will instruct classes, prepare courses, and assess students, while guiding clinical education and mentorship for the PTA team. A licensed PT or PTA with an associate degree and 4 years post-licensure experience is required.

Employment: Direct Hire, Permanent

Hours: Flexible schedule, M-F, 8a-5pm

Salary: $110k-$120k + benefits
