DSSW Dallas is looking for a Program Director to join our team in Dallas!

Services of the Southwest is seeking a Program Director to support our growing Dallas, TX branch office.

The Program Director (equivalent to a Case Manager, not an Executive/Administrator level position) is responsible for the internal operation of the CLASS waiver program. Experience working with people with disabilities is required.

Essential tasks:

1. Managing the day-to-day activities of the assigned program.
2. Monitoring services provided to the assigned client caseload.
3. Ensuring all program and licensure standards are met.
4. Providing support to office staff.
5. Reporting concerns and issues to the Lead Program Director.
6. Traveling as necessary for client visits and community activities.

Requirements:

• Two (2) years' experience providing services to people with disabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a relevant field.
• Case Management experience is a plus but not required.
• Home health experience.
• Experience with CLASS, CBA, DBMD, PHC, or DADS is a plus.
