Job summary

Centurion Health, via the CONREP program in Arroyo Grande, CA, is seeking a full-time Forensic Program Director (Licensed Psychologist) to lead the CONREP forensic treatment program and supervise clinical staff. The position requires a California-licensed Clinical Psychologist, a doctoral degree in psychology, and at least two years of supervisory experience, with preferably forensic training.

• Licensed in California as a Clinical Psychologist.

• Valid California driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to pass background check and obtain security clearance where applicable.

The CONREP program is a statewide system that provides standardized intensive community outpatient mental health services for judicially committed individuals and mentally disordered offenders.

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a full-time Forensic Program Director (Licensed Psychologist) to join our team at the San Luis Obispo CONREP Program located in Arroyo Grande, California.

The Program Director will coordinate and oversee the CONREP forensic treatment program and supervise the clinical staff. The Community Program Director will be responsible for administrative guidance of the services provided including case management, evaluations, assessments, treatment planning, crisis management, court report writing, and witness testimony.

Schedule: In-Person Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm

Qualifications

• Doctorial Degree in Psychology from an accredited institution required
• Licensed in the state of California as a Clinical Psychologist required
• Training with an emphasis in forensics preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with individuals with mental illnesses, substance abuse problems, and histories of violent behavior
• Valid California driver's license with good driving record required
• Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.
