Job Overview

Job Title: Forensic Program Director – Conditional Release Program (CONREP) at MHM Services, a Centurion company.

Location: Arroyo Grande, CA (San Luis Obispo County). Employment type: Full‑time.

Annual Salary: $134,000.00 to $137,000.00, depending on experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the CONREP forensic treatment program.
• Supervise clinical staff.
• Provide administrative guidance of services, including case management, evaluations, assessments, treatment planning, crisis management, court report writing, and witness testimony.

Qualifications

• Master’s level degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution (required).
• Licensed in the state of California (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) (required).
• Training with emphasis in forensics preferred.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience (preferred).
• Minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with mental illness, substance abuse problems, and a history of violent behavior (required).
• Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.
