Job summary

Encircle is seeking a Program Director to lead the implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of its programs at the assigned Home. You will build a welcoming, affirming environment, supervise staff, and collaborate with the community to deliver impactful services.

This full-time role requires daytime hours M-F with some weekends. The salary range starts at $65,000–$75,000 annually, with benefits including health coverage, life insurance, holidays, PTO, and a 401k with employer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or a related field.
• 3+ years experience supervising staff, volunteers, and teams.
• 3+ years experience working with youth, families, and community programs.
• Experience planning, implementing, and evaluating programs.
• Experience working with LGBTQ+ communities preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
