Job summary

Seed Spot in Northwest Arkansas is seeking a Program Director for Land+Launch NWA, a grant-funded initiative. The role combines program delivery, partner management, and grant administration to connect local entrepreneurs with customers, partners, and investors.

Leading two tracks on ideation and scale-ready ventures, you will shape the program, manage budgets, and collaborate with Arkade and Spring Capital. This fixed-term role offers a hybrid schedule at the Bentonville innovation center.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management experience.
• 3+ years of program or training facilitation experience.
• Existing relationships with entrepreneurial ecosystem leaders in Northwest Arkansas.
• Experience managing grants, including compliance and funder reporting.
• Experience contributing to or managing program budgets.
• Strong presentation, public speaking, oral comprehension, and written communication skills.
• Event management experience.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM, Google Suite, Zoom, Claude and Asana or a comparable project management tool.
• Ability to lift and move at least 20 pounds at a time.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Launch Camps and Ecosystem Immersion Weeks.
• Support delivery of workshops in partnership with local partners.
• Serve as the primary contact for Land+Launch NWA participants and alumni.
• Coach founders on customer discovery, GTM, pitching, and fundraising.
• Recruit, train, and manage volunteers and mentors.
• Manage session logistics for in-person and virtual delivery.
• Connect founders to industry partners, investors, and mentors.
• Lead outcome tracking and final program reporting.
• Manage consultants and contractors delivering program work.
