Job summary

A community service organization is seeking a Program Director for the AIM Program in Brooklyn. Qualifications

• 5 years of Supervisory Experience required.
• Experience and comfort working with court-involved young adults.
• Commitment to work from a strength-based and/or youth development perspective.

Responsibilities

• Supervise implementation of AIM Program and adhere to standards.
• Recruit, screen, and hire culturally appropriate advocate/mentors.
• Monitor and manage program budget and report to DOP.
