This full-time, exempt role has overall management responsibility for the services and staff, ensuring high-quality mental health care and wrap-around services in a collaborative, culturally competent environment. The position requires a California BBS license (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC), a valid CA driver's license, and experience with intensive outpatient programs.

The position of Program Director II is full-time, based on a 40 hour week, and is a licensed clinician. This position has overall management responsibility for the services of SMC FSP (including REACH) team. The Program Director supervises FSP, including BBS Licensed, registered or certified staff; has responsibility to evaluate program staff; and is responsible for staff compliance with all San Mateo County, State regulations, HIPAA, service delivery and documentation, Electronic Health Record, Quality Assurance and all Medi-Cal regulations. The Program Director works under the supervision of the Director of CM; is responsible for the day to day operations of the program and partners with the Director of Clinical Operations to ensure client care.
