Responsibilities

  • Directs the operations of a small programmatic function.
  • Independently designs, develops and administers program content; establishes objectives.
  • Manages program fiscal operations.
  • Supervises staff engaged in program activities.
  • Direct and manage project implementation across multiple projects and partners.
  • Mentor, train and evaluate project personnel; foster a high-performing team.
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables and communication among investigators and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare systems, community orgs and agencies.
  • Lead development of study protocols, SOPs, training materials, and documentation.
  • Prepare study protocols and IRB submissions; lead grant applications and reports.
  • Monitor project performance and support evaluation and quality improvement.
