Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage Home and Community Based Services (Adult Foster Care Home) program for a DHS licensed mental health provider.
• Supervise all unlicensed personnel and nursing staff.
• Ensure program operations meet licensing and quality standards.
• Hire, evaluate and manage program personnel.
• Oversee bed census, admissions and discharges.
• Coordinate orientations and in-service training for staff.
• Oversee household budgets.
• Maintain open communication with the Program Administrator and county agencies.
• Develop a supportive team concept within the program.
