UChicago Medicine seeks a Program Director of Holistic Oncology to provide strategic leadership for holistic oncology services across its network. This role will focus on patient experience and operational excellence while being based primarily in Chicago.
The suitable candidate has over 8 years in healthcare leadership and experience in oncology program development. Responsibilities include overseeing operations, developing business plans, and integrating holistic services into care pathways.
Provide strategic and operational leadership for the development, implementation, and delivery of holistic and supportive oncology services across the cancer care continuum throughout the UCM Cancer Network. This role works in partnership with the Medical Director for Holistic Oncology and focuses on patient experience, access, outcomes, and value. The Program Director will translate holistic care principles into scalable, sustainable service models that are fully integrated into oncology care delivery and will be based primarily on the Hyde Park campus in Chicago, with occasional work at other ambulatory sites in the Chicagoland area.

UChicago Medicine is committed to transparency in compensation and benefits. The pay range provided reflects the anticipated wage or salary reasonably expected to be offered for the position. The pay range is based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) and is reflective of current market data, reviewed on an annual basis. Compensation offered at the time of hire will vary based on candidate qualifications and experience and organizational considerations, such as internal equity. Pay ranges for employees subject to Collective Bargaining Agreements are negotiated by the medical center and their respective union.
