Job summary

Join the Division of Infectious Diseases at Duke University School of Medicine in a leadership role overseeing the SE AETC North Carolina partner site. You will coordinate program activities, training events, and partnerships to strengthen HIV workforce development across the state.

Reporting to the PI and coordinating with regional offices, you will manage staff, budgets, and sponsor reporting, translating requirements into actionable work plans while fostering collaboration and program quality

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; four years of related program administration experience or equivalent.
Experience coordinating educational programs, workforce development, or public health initiatives is preferred.
Strong written, verbal, and organizational communication skills; ability to work across teams and partners.

Responsibilities

Direct the SE AETC program and oversee program staff at Duke; establish priorities, work plans, timelines, and accountability for deliverables.
Translate sponsor requirements and regional priorities into annual site goals and operating plans.
Design and oversee in-person, virtual, and hybrid training programs and educational materials using effective adult-learning practices.
Monitor progress, manage budgets, invoices, and sponsor reporting; ensure compliance with HRSA/SE AETC requirements.
Foster partnerships with clinical providers, health systems, and public health departments across North Carolina.
