Role Overview

This is a full-time (40 hours/week), long-term position as an independent contractor with Crossover. The role offers a compensation of $200/hour, totaling approximately $400,000 annually, paid weekly. The position is based in the US, requiring travel for key events, and involves leading innovative educational initiatives for gifted students.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design learning experiences that enable gifted students to excel
2. Build and scale programs fostering both intellectual and leadership growth
3. Lead the public discourse on the shortcomings of traditional gifted education
4. Convert skeptical parents into advocates by demonstrating the potential of innovative education models
5. Utilize AI to validate and expand the approach nationally

Basic Requirements

• Experience in scaling ventures from concept to growth
• Established trusted audience or community
