Ready to revolutionize education for gifted students? If you've successfully scaled something from zero before and are seeking a mission with both urgency and profound impact, this is your calling.
At gt.school, we're shattering traditional educational paradigms for high-potential learners. Our innovative 2 Hour Learning approach has already transformed the academic experience—now we're creating the physical environment these exceptional minds deserve. We're building a model campus that delivers what's missing: authentic leadership opportunities, healthy competition, performance excellence, and a vibrant community where gifted students truly belong.
As Program Director, you'll architect, validate, and launch this groundbreaking campus—the blueprint for a future nationwide network. You'll craft immersive programming, cultivate parent advocacy, forge an unparalleled culture, and develop scalable systems for expansion. This isn't about incremental school improvement—it's about defining educational excellence from first principles.
We're seeking a visionary with entrepreneurial fire and credibility. Someone who understands execution is everything. Someone capable of transforming bold ideas into an educational experience that captivates parents and inspires students to reach unprecedented heights.
What You Will Be Doing
- Crafting and field-testing transformative programs beyond academics that emphasize leadership development, self-sufficiency, and competitive excellence
- Spearheading the creation of our flagship physical campus, including innovative staffing structures, environmental design, and operational frameworks
- Crafting compelling parent communications, market penetration strategies, and expansion blueprints to fuel our national growth
- Establishing, documenting, and propagating excellence metrics and signature cultural traditions across future locations
- Serving as the charismatic ambassador for our educational model—generating visibility through media engagement, signature events, and strategic alliances
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Managing a conventional educational institution with standard classrooms, traditional teaching roles, or full-day schedules
- Accommodating families seeking watered-down gifted programs featuring standard AP curricula with minimal intellectual challenge
- Orchestrating modest improvements within established educational frameworks—we're not reforming schools, we're creating their replacement
- Prioritizing surface-level engagement statistics—our focus is on transformative outcomes and profound learning, not activity metrics
- Working exclusively remote—while flexibility exists, you'll invest approximately one week monthly in Austin to ensure your vision remains grounded in practical reality

- Demonstrated capability to communicate an inspiring vision and transform skeptics into advocates
