Job summary

Grantmakers for Southern Progress (GSP) seeks a Program Director to provide year-round leadership, aligning RGE program goals with GSP's mission.

The role drives marketing, participant selection, program design and delivery, resource development, communications, and peer networking, reporting to the director.

You'll ground the program identity, build on the curriculum framework, and collaborate across teams to advance structural change in the South.

Grantmakers for Southern Progress (GSP) is a membership-based network of philanthropic leaders, practioners, and individuals dedicated to leveraging resources for structural change in the South.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Program Director role would provide year-round leadership to ensure alignment between RGE's programmatic goals and the overall mission of GSP. They would drive the strategic priorities for marketing, participant selection, program design, delivery, resource development, as well as program communications and networking with peers in the field. Building off the framework provided by the curriculum and design team, this position would require a visionary leader who has the capacity to ground the identity of the RGE program. This position reports to the director.

COMPENSATION

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 dependent on experience; A comprehensive benefits package that includes leave time, insurance, and retirement plan.
