Qualifications

MD or DO degree and board certification in Family Medicine.
Unrestricted Connecticut medical licensure eligibility.
Strong record of graduate medical education leadership preferred.

This broad clinical footprint exposes residents to a diverse patient population and equips them to practice confidently in both urban and rural settings.

Position highlights:

Lead and oversee all aspects of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency Program.

Practice and administrative leadership based in Bridgeport, Connecticut.

Dedicated administrative time to support educational leadership and program development.
