Job Summary

Responsible for managing internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts. Delivers products through the design process to completion, plans and directs schedules and project budgets, and monitors projects from inception through delivery. May oversee external vendors and assign, direct, and monitor system analysis and program staff. This role focuses on project/program management, requiring strong leadership, governance, and strategic oversight across operational and strategic portfolios, with the ability to present to C-level executives and manage multiple priorities.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Manages programs using staff and matrixed resources with oversight from AVP and VP
• Serves as industry Subject Matter Expert and leads programs to meet critical needs
• Escalates gaps and barriers to senior management
• Develops business case methodologies and coordinates business strategy implementation
• Collaborates with other units at corporate and Molina Plans
