Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for managing internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts. Delivers products through the design process to completion, plans and directs schedules and budgets, and monitors projects from inception to delivery. May oversee external vendors and assign, direct, and monitor system analysis and program staff. Focuses primarily on project/program management, with potential technical team members. The role requires senior program management expertise, governance across operational and strategic portfolios, strong leadership skills, experience presenting to C-level executives, and proficiency with portfolio and project management tools and methodologies.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Manage programs using staff and matrixed resources with oversight from AVP and VP.
• Serve as industry Subject Matter Expert and lead programs to meet critical needs.
• Escalate gaps and barriers in implementation and compliance to senior management.
• Develop business case methodologies and coordinate business strategies.
• Collaborate and facilitate activities across units at corporate and Molina Plans.

Job Qualifications

Required Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Required Experience

7-9 years.

Preferred Education

Graduate Degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Experience

10+ years.

Preferred License, Certification, Association
