Job summary

Peraton seeks a senior program leader to drive major forensic and cyber investigation programs. You will oversee technical performance, budgets, and staffing, coordinating with vendors and government customers to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities include guiding proposals, mentoring analysts, and ensuring compliance with security and contractual requirements. A TS/SCI with polygraph is required, with experience across the full forensic lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital forensics, cyber investigations, or a closely related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of direct people management or team lead experience in an IC or DoD environment.
• Experience managing forensic operations in support of national intelligence or law enforcement customers.
• Experience overseeing the full forensic lifecycle — collection, preservation, examination, analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management across major projects, ensuring technical, schedule, and cost performance.
• Acquire follow-on business and support new business development through proposals.
• Manage a directorate and supervise professionals across disciplines.
• Develop and implement Quality Assurance programs for products and services.
