Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Memphis seeks a Program Director to plan, coordinate and supervise services and to serve as Director in the absence of the Club Director. You will lead program activities, recruit and supervise staff, ensure health and safety, manage resources and market the Club within the community.

You will compile daily, weekly and monthly outcomes to meet program requirements and provide guidance services while handling administrative duties and multi-tasking in a dynamic

• Market Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Memphis throughout the community and the Greater Memphis Area.

CHARACTERISTICS OF JOB:

The Program Director shall be responsible to the Club Director for the planning, coordinating and

supervision of all services and shall serve as Director of the Club in the absence of the Club Director.

Requirements
