Founded in 1886 as an orphanage, Thompson is now one of the Southeast's leading providers of child and family services, serving communities across North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Tennessee, and Kentucky. Our continuum of care includes Prevention Services, Mental Health Services, and Foster Care, with every program rooted in trauma-informed practice and evidence-based or evidence-informed care.
As Program Director, you'll provide operational leadership and oversight for assigned programs, ensuring strong outcomes for the children and families we serve while developing the leaders who make that success possible.
