Job summary

Thompson Child & Family Focus - A Child's Place Program in Florida is seeking a Program Director to lead program quality, drive outcomes, and develop future leaders across the state. You will oversee operations, finances, and staffing while building strong teams dedicated to child and family welfare.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s Degree in Human Services, Child Welfare credentials, five years in child welfare, and at least three in leadership, with a proven coaching and accountability

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Human Services or a related field.
• Child Welfare Certification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Child Welfare, Dependency, Foster Care, Adoption, Social Work, DCF, or related services.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience within child welfare.
• Strong operational, financial, and people leadership skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environments.
• Experience coaching, developing, and holding teams accountable.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to meet program credentialing requirements.

What You'll Own

As Program Director, you'll provide operational leadership and oversight for assigned programs, ensuring strong outcomes for the children and families we serve while developing the leaders who make that success possible.
