Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health in Fitchburg, MA is seeking a Program Director to oversee daily operations of a group home serving youth with ASD and related needs. You will supervise staff, manage the budget, and coordinate community-based activities to deliver therapeutic services.
The role requires a 2-week orientation in Rutland, MA, a valid license, and MAPS certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months). Excellent growth potential and comprehensive benefits are offered.

The pay range for this position is $55,620-$65,486 annually depending on experience and education.
This position is located in Fitchburg, MA.
The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 9:00-5:00.
$2,000 Sign-on Bonus
Additional $250 Bonus if MAP Certified

Devereux's Cathy Street Group Home serves co-ed individuals aged 5 to 12 with ASD and IDD, most of whom are non-verbal. With 1:2 staff to students ratio, this program offers a high level of individualized care. The program goal is to teach, coach, and support our individuals to learn daily living skills, coping skills, and social skills while staying active and having fun.
As a Program Director, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a group home, including program planning, supervision of residential staff, budget management, integration of community-based experiences for youth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, therapeutic services.
