Job description

What You'll Do

We are looking for a Program Manager for Agentic Commerce initiatives (Open AI & beyond) to orchestrate the end‑to‑end delivery, commercialization, and scale‑up of AI‑powered products across Performance Media. You will sit at the centre of Product, R&D, GTM, Commercial, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure our OpenAI roadmap and any new exploratory topics ship on time, hit the right quality bar, and deliver against our annual operating plan targets.

You will be accountable for turning strategy and product plans into execution: aligning stakeholders, building and running the operating model, managing risk, and driving adoption and revenue outcomes rather than just feature delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the OpenAI program plan from concept to scale, translating leadership ambitions and annual operating plan targets into clear milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
  • Partner with Product and R&D to define release scope, gates, and timelines for OpenAI‑powered features and platforms.
  • Ensure program plans protect broader portfolio and AOP commitments (no unmanaged trade‑offs on other strategic priorities).
  • Lead an extended cross‑functional squad (Product, R&D, GTM, Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Legal, People, Ops) to deliver initiatives with clarity of roles and decision‑making.
  • Set and run the governance cadence: from weekly program reviews to executive check‑ins.
  • Coordinate with regional leaders to ensure field readiness (sales motions, enablement, support model, Salesforce / tooling requirements).
  • Track progress against time, scope, and quality; escape early when critical paths or dependencies are at risk.
  • Define clear entry/exit criteria for launches and care periods (beta, GA, post‑launch care, de‑risking steps).
  • Work with GTM and Commercial to turn OpenAI capabilities into compelling narratives, playbooks, and adoption programs (pricing, packaging, positioning, case studies).
  • Define and track adoption KPIs, such as segment penetration, incremental revenue and margin, client satisfaction, and drive concrete actions when off‑track.
  • Partner with Revenue Ops and Analytics to ensure measurement, reporting, and dashboards give leaders a clear view of impact.
  • Act as the single point of truth for OpenAI program status for LT and key stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain a stakeholder map (Product, Commercial, GTM, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Support, Regions) to clarify how initiatives impact each team.
  • Draft and coordinate executive communications that frame context, decisions, and expectations.
  • Design, document, and evolve the operating model for AI programs (cadence, roles, decision frameworks, intake & prioritization, escalation paths).
  • Capture and socialize lessons learned from major launches and embed them into future program execution.
  • Champion best practices in program management, including tooling, templates, and rituals that improve predictability and collaboration.
Must‑have Qualifications
  • 7+ years of program or project management in tech, product, or commercial organizations, including at least 3 years leading complex cross‑functional programs.
  • Proven experience in shipping and scaling programs that cross Product, Engineering, GTM, and Commercial (e.g., platform launches, self‑service products, major migrations).
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising or performance media and adjacent SaaS/platform businesses.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with senior executives, drive alignment, and hold teams accountable without direct line authority.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with experience drafting leadership‑level updates and external‑facing launch communications.
  • High analytical rigor: comfortable with revenue targets, KPIs, variance analysis, and building action plans from data.
  • Experience building and running governance cadences (steer‑cos, working groups, code‑yellow/code‑red‑type efforts).
Nice‑to‑have Qualifications
  • Experience with AI/ML‑driven products or partnerships.
  • Prior work on self‑service or full‑funnel cross‑channel advertising solutions.
  • Familiarity with portfolio management, prioritization across multiple squads/programs, and AOP planning.
Skills & Behaviors
  • Owner mindset with strong accountability for outcomes.
  • Systems thinker who can connect roadmap items to client impact, revenue, margin, and the operating model.
  • Structured and calm under pressure, capable of disciplined execution in high‑stakes, time‑bound contexts.
  • Collaborative and low‑ego, bringing teams together across functions, cultures, and regions, navigating ambiguity and trade‑offs with ease.
  • Change leader, able to influence behavior across sales, product, and operations as AI transforms ways of working.
  • Fluency in French is an advantage.
  • Enthusiastic about fast‑paced, dynamic environments and quick adaptation to change.
Benefits
  • Hybrid hybrid‑working model blending home and office.
  • Learning, mentorship and career development programs.
  • Health and wellbeing benefits, including wellness perks and mental health support.
  • Diversity, inclusion, and global workplace culture.
  • Competitive salary in the range of $175,000 – $220,000 per year.
  • Potential performance‑based bonuses, equity, and family‑friendly policies.
  • Additional benefits depending on country, including healthcare, dental, vision, retirement plans, disability coverage, and paid leave.

We foster a workplace where everyone is valued, and employment decisions are based solely on skills, qualifications, and business needs—never on non‑job‐related factors or legally protected characteristics.
