A leading community-based organization in New York City seeks a passionate Advance and Earn Program Director. This role demands program oversight and talent management to enhance youth development services and ensure quality care for participants. Organization Overview:The Goddard Riverside Community Center (Goddard Riverside) and the Stanley M. Isaacs Neighborhood Center (Isaacs Center) are well-established Manhattan community-based agencies that support services to approximately 30,000 New Yorkers. We are two of New York City’s leading human services organizations meeting the needs of children, youth and families, homeless individuals, and older adults through-out Manhattan and New York City. The Isaacs Center focuses primarily on the needs of children and low-income families, out-of-school and out-of-work youth, and aging New Yorkers. Program Description: Goddard Riverside is a well-established Manhattan community-based agency with an annual operating budget of approximately $ 50 million. Goddard Riverside is one of New York City’s leading human service organizations meeting the basic needs of children, youth and families, homeless people, and older adults across Manhattan and New York City.
Position Summary: The Education and Workforce Development Department is seeking experienced, strategic thinker who is passionate about workforce and youth development a to serve the Advance and Earn Program Director. Reporting to the Director of Education and Workforce Development, the Director is responsible for managing an working with a team to providing program oversight, ensuring that clients have access to a high quality program, build partnerships, and maintaining all contractual obligations. The director will serve as the primary liaison to DYCD; oversee key program staff; be responsible for DYCD administrative deliverables; and lead quality, day-to-day program operations. To support agency priorities, align with best practices, and foster positive outcomes, the director and/or their designated staff member(s) will also be responsible for performance monitoring and program evaluation. They will manage data collection, reporting, performance monitoring, and evaluation activities The program director would support all external evaluation activities with relevant internal and external personnel.
Schedule: Monday through Friday (35 hours per week)
Salary Range: $83,054.40 - $93,436.20
