Job summary

The Berkeley School of Education (BSE) at the University of California is seeking a Coordinator of Public Programs to lead the Academic Talent Development Program (ATDP). This senior role will report to the Faculty Director and oversee all program operations, budgeting, staffing, accreditation, and strategic expansion of offerings for K–12 students.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent international degree.
• Experience in program leadership is desirable but not stated in text.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision, leadership, and executive management of ATDP.
• Oversee programmatic offerings and administrative operations including budget, personnel, space, and contracts.
• Supervise permanent and instructional staff and recruit instructors and associates.
• Oversee student selection, placement, and accreditation with WASC.
• Coordinate program development and expansion of A-G course offerings in line with standards.
• Manage ATDP's fiscal health including budget reports and revenue/expense analysis.
• Oversee financial aid programs and core operations planning.
• Engage with faculty, departments, and external partners to support ATDP initiatives.
