What You Will Be Doing

• Developing a scalable school model inspired by our flagship campus, customized for diverse markets while ensuring consistent excellence.
• Creating innovative, non-traditional educational experiences for specialized student communities, including gamers and digital enthusiasts.
• Testing new programs in practical settings and crafting playbooks for swift national rollout.
• Transforming interest into student enrollment through compelling narratives and public advocacy.
• Utilizing AI to develop insights, content, and systems that sustain quality and enable growth.

Program Director Key Responsibilities

Drive the development and national expansion of a unique school model that integrates immersive experiences and the 2 Hour Learning framework to achieve significant outcomes for diverse student populations.

Basic Requirements

• Demonstrated success in building and scaling new ventures, preferably as a founder or growth leader in a startup.
• Strong commitment to and understanding of unconventional education approaches (e.g., eSports, gamified learning, virtual-first models).
• Outstanding communication skills with media presence, public speaking capabilities, and content creation proficiency.
• Proficient in utilizing GenAI tools for insights, design, and productivity enhancements.
• Located in the US and willing to travel to Austin regularly (approximately 1 week/month).
• Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
