Job Description

Directs an ongoing university program to ensure that activities align with its mission and objectives. Responsible for setting goals, managing staff, and overseeing program operations.

  • Develops strategies to meet program objectives and supervises staff activities.
  • Prepares and monitors the budget, ensuring expenditures stay within limits.
  • Coordinates activities to achieve program goals, reviewing reports and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Analyzes trends and maintains awareness of program changes.
  • Establishes policies and procedures for program administration.
  • Manages grant operations, including communications, scholarships, and reporting.
  • Assists in preparing grant proposals from various agencies.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

This position is based in the Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship at the C. T. Bauer College of Business.

Ideal candidates will work independently and as part of a team, handle pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects with organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective communication across all levels is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Manage performance and development of a cohort class.
  • Create content and coordinate mentors.
  • Recruit students and mentors for WCE classes.
  • Co-develop a new Artificial Intelligence Initiative.
  • Design courses and AI projects for incoming classes.
  • Integrate projects with intellectual property initiatives.
  • Contribute to the Princeton Review application process.
  • Support classroom activities for two WCE classes.
Preferences
  • Experience with WCE as a student, mentor, or instructor preferred.
  • Background in consulting, technology, or startups is desirable.
