Job summary

CompuCom seeks a Program Director to oversee budgets, resources, timelines, and vendor relationships, driving alignment between business objectives and technical execution. They will serve as a senior liaison to stakeholders, champion governance best practices, and ensure program delivery meets quality and performance standards.

Must reside near Chandler, AZ or Santa Clara, CA to support customers, with responsibility for client revenue forecasting and leading cross-functional growth initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
  • 8+ years of related experience with a focus on business strategy with 5+ of those years working for a Managed Services Organization
  • Financial acumen: 5+ years’ experience forecasting managed services environment, building a yearly budgets and actively managing the Profit and Loss of assigned account(s)
  • Budget controls—Managing a significant piece of the overall expenditures the function spends to promote CompuCom and the products it sells.
  • Excellent problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and demonstrated success in maintaining perspective and focusing on key priorities.
  • Proven experience as a leader with an understanding of how to deliver both personal and team goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Capacity to work independently or as part of a team with a "roll up your sleeves" approach.
  • Proven ability as thought leader who is creative and innovative in identifying solutions and persuading others to a course of action
  • Excellent delivery skills with relevant IT/Product categories with experience in assisting sales
  • Strong strategic and tactical account management skills
  • Excellent communicator
  • Strong initiative, leadership skills and work ethic

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted senior customer relationships based on mutual respect for the customer’s business and how Compucom can support their business and IT objectives.
  • Provide delivery oversite related to the day-to-day operations of customer relationship teams that are focused on providing customers with support, guidance, and knowledge resources to boost renewals and strive for zero churn.
  • Through coaching, mentoring and guiding: Lead the planning process for incremental growth alongside sales, product development, and other customer facing functions.
  • Responsible for client revenue forecasting in collaboration with delivery and program management based on actual sales volume, client information (such as new app releases and end-user additions), and forecasting trends (prior volume, seasonality, etc.).
  • Manage a team to include providing leadership, addressing discipline issues, hiring and terminations, administrative duties, and training for continuous improvement.

Wage Range

The annual starting salary for this position is between $$112,500 - $150,000 per annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Other Compensation

This position is also eligible for incentive compensation in accordance with the terms of the applicable Company plan.
