Sevita is seeking a Program Director for IDD Services in Longview, TX to oversee day-to-day operations of 1–4 community-based programs serving individuals with IDD. You will lead staff, ensure person-centered services, and manage a caseload of 30–35 clients, traveling to homes and day program locations.
The role requires at least two years in human services and IDD experience, strong leadership and communication, a valid driver’s license, and solid organizational skills.

Salary Range: $42,500–$43,000
As a Program Director, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of one to four community-based programs serving individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). This role requires strong leadership, organization, and a hands-on approach to ensure high-quality, person-centered services.
You will manage a caseload of up to 30–35 individuals and travel regularly to group homes, ISS programs, host home providers’ residences, and day program locations. Mileage reimbursement is provided.
This role requires participation in an on-call rotation and may occasionally require working shifts at the group home to ensure appropriate coverage and support.
