Program Director will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for a multi-year grant initiative designed to positively influence and inform the character and digital lives of college freshmen and sophomores. Program Director is responsible for the development of the grant program, deciding upon funding priorities and managing the application and review process to oversee grantee relationships, monitoring performance, and reporting on impact. This role requires strategic, human-first strong program management skills, experience in grants management, and the ability to build trusted relationships with funders, grantees, and community stakeholders.
This is a grant-funded position. Continuation of the position is contingent upon the continuation of related grant funding.
