Job summary

CIEE Council on International Educational Exchange is seeking a Program Development Specialist, temporary, to support the High School Exchange USA team in expanding placements via Local Coordinators. The role involves developing school outreach strategies, coordinating with the Regional Placement Manager, and crafting creative campaigns to identify host districts and deadlines.

Bachelor's degree is required; sales, grassroots marketing, and CRM experience preferred.

• Sales experience (lead generation and conversion) in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Grassroots marketing experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage high-volume goals within tight deadlines.
• Accurate reporting on sales activity and forecasting.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a can-do attitude.
• Volunteer management experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office; CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).

Who You Are

As a Program Development Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the High School Exchange USA team with developing and implementing a successful strategy to increase the number of placements made by Local Coordinators. This strategy should include identifying school districts to target and any relevant deadlines in addition to working with the Regional Placement Manager to identify host family leads.
