Job summary

Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) within the General Services Administration seeks a Program Data Analyst to provide in-depth analysis of administration programs. The position is located at GSA/FAS, Office of the Business Optimization.

Qualifications

Experience in technical data analytics applying quantitative methods to identify problems, extract, and analyze data.
Experience using analysis tools and/or programming instruments to monitor the progress of the user experience.
Experience conducting data analysis to identify key issues and provide recommendations for user experience improvement.
Experience collaborating with customers to understand the changes to the information system impacting data performance and/or user experience.
