GEO Reentry Services LLC. seeks a Program Counselor to provide therapeutic program services to participants and manage a specific caseload.

You will deliver individual and group counseling, supervise psychoeducational activities, and maintain comprehensive records in line with certification and licensure requirements. The role requires a BA in human services or CADC certification, with experience in counseling settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or CADC certification in PA.
• Ability to interact professionally in counseling settings.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with a team of professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic program services to participants.
• Maintain caseload and monitor service delivery while enrolled in the program.
• Deliver didactic, psychoeducational, individual and group counseling.
• Recordkeeping and ensuring compliance with policies and deadlines.
• Prepare and participate in program meetings and reporting.
