Northrop Grumman is seeking a dynamic, energetic individual for the position of Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst Level 3 or a Level 4 to join our growing team of diverse professionals on the IBCS Program. This individual will be assisting the Cost Account Management (CAM) Lead and support the day-to-day activities to budget, plan, and report on a Material budget of $70M to $100M annually for the production delivery of Major End Items.
The Program Cost Schedule Production & Material Analyst will report to the Global Supply Chain Organization and will be responsible for supporting Northrop Grumman IBCS programs in compliance with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) requirements and program implementation of Production Materials and Subcontracts.
This position will be in Huntsville, Alabama.

Salary Range: $87,000.00 - $130,600.00
Salary Range 2: $108,400.00 - $162,600.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
